For your convenience, we have created a portal through LawPay, which is a safe and secure credit card portal designed for lawyers, approved and made available to my clients so you can pay with a debit card, credit card or e-check from the comfort of your own home, office or other location.
By using this portal you are acknowledging that the Law Offices of Keith Moskowitz are not allowed to accept a credit card payment for attorney’s fees from a debtor/bankruptcy client who intends to list such payment of fees on a credit card as a debt in a bankruptcy proceeding.
A friend or family member may use their credit card to pay for bankruptcy services provided to you.
