Wills and Estate Planning.
Once your discharge enters, to complete getting your financial house in order, I recommend that we review your estate plan. An estate plan is simply a will or trust and instructions stating what you want. While not easy to discuss, this is important so that your wishes are known upon your passing. Without a will, state law will control what happens to your property and if applicable your children. Please contact me so that we can discuss preparing a will for you.
